Klarvo processes account, invoice, client, expense and uploaded document information to provide the service. AI document processing is used only when a user chooses an AI-assisted upload workflow.

Your data

You retain ownership of your business records. You may contact support to request account or data deletion.

Analytics

With your consent, Klarvo uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and selected product actions so the service can be improved. Analytics is disabled by default until you allow it. Klarvo does not intentionally send invoice, client, expense, uploaded-document or form-field contents to analytics.

Security

Klarvo uses HTTPS and reasonable technical safeguards. Users should protect their account credentials.
